8) Michigan Wolverines

The bright maize pants, teamed with the deep blue top with the numbers popping out, was worn by the team for 21 seasons during 1969-1989 under head coach Bo Schembechler. But, the most remarkable part of the uniform is the helmet. This iconic lid is often considered the best in the history of college football. The thread of the Tides has remained almost the same since the time of head coach Bear Bryant, with the colour scheme being crimson and white. 10) Notre Dame Golden Domers
The uniform of the Notre Dame is recognizable even to the nations who do not play or follow football. The jerseys have changed colours quite a few times, and though the green one is pretty amazing, the most popular one is, without a doubt, the mid-night blue top with pants of a gold hue. The no frills designs of the uniforms offer a clean look that is dignified, and despite some regular changes that the teams often bring to their uniforms, they mostly remain loyal to the original style.
